Registration and Payments

In order to use our services, you need to create an account. Any information provided needs to be accurate and updated if necessary. Customers are liable for maintaining their accounts and are fully responsible for all activities occurring under their accounts. Should anybody gain unauthorized access to your account, you need to notify us immediately. Adon Artificial Intelligence is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account.

When creating your account, you are required to provide your financial information relevant to the chosen payment method; in some cases, you may be requested to provide your credit card details. Please note that Stripe will process any payments made on our platform. As such, we will not be responsible for processing or retaining any of your financial information. Stripe will handle all of your financial information per their respective Terms of Service, and you agree to comply with such Terms of Service.

The AI Sheets with Adon Add-on is available under a subscription model. The monthly subscription fee is $5, billed in advance. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled by the user. A 7-day refund policy is offered from the start of each new subscription, allowing users to cancel and receive a full refund within this period if they choose to discontinue use.

Usage Limitations and Service Management

The paid version of the AI Sheets with Adon  Add-on does not have a fixed upper usage limit; however, usage may be regulated to prevent system abuse and to ensure fair access across all users. Adon Artificial Intelligence may throttle or restrict service availability to manage system load and maintain service performance. Such measures may include temporary suspension of service for users who engage in activities that result in excessive demand.

Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability

Adon Artificial Intelligence provides the AI Sheets with Adon  Add-on and its associated services "as is" and on an "as available" basis without any representations or warranties, express or implied. Adon Artificial Intelligence disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of intellectual property. Further, Adon Artificial Intelligence does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information obtained through the service.

Neither Adon Artificial Intelligence nor its suppliers shall be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use our services, including without limitation damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppages, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses, even if advised of the possibility thereof, and regardless of the legal or equitable theory upon which the claim is based.
